 Door to laundry room is beat.Kinda of expense to replace, but its an eye sore.

 Behind Laundry room plywood needs to be repaired

 Cement parking stops. This is a pain to replace, but it defintily is something that should be considered.

Old  "tags" should be painted over

may not want to fix this due to expense but it will come up sooner or later.

I would consider cleaning the gutters.

1 it could cause water to back up and roof leaks.

2. It may remind prospective buyers that trees are nice but they are also an expense item.
