Front house. Needs to be rehabbed and needs the electrical system to be upgraded.
Foundation/stucco has been repaired multiple times from the looks of it.
Min remodel 10K upper end would be a 25K
Family room, kitchen and bedrooms are all very small.

Landscaping and exterior look good.... But thats about it.
